KhasraInfo एक मुफ़्त सुविधा वेबसाइट है। भुइयाँ पोर्टल पर खसरा एक-एक करके देखना पड़ता है; यहाँ कई खसरे एक साथ, या पूरी Excel शीट एक बार में देख सकते हैं।
क्या यह सरकारी वेबसाइट है?
नहीं। KhasraInfo किसी सरकारी विभाग से जुड़ी नहीं है। जानकारी छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के भुइयाँ पोर्टल (revenue.cg.nic.in) से पढ़ी जाती है, जो सबके लिए खुला है। KhasraInfo सिर्फ़ उस काम को आसान करती है जो वहाँ एक-एक करके करना पड़ता है।
क्या यहाँ दिखने वाला विवरण ताज़ा होता है?
हाँ। जब आप कोई खसरा खोजते हैं, उसी समय उसका रकबा, भूस्वामी और खतौनी भुइयाँ पोर्टल से पढ़े जाते हैं। ज़मीन के रिकॉर्ड का पहले से जमा किया हुआ कोई डेटाबेस यहाँ नहीं है, इसलिए आपको वही दिखता है जो उस समय पोर्टल पर है। "पूरा विवरण" 30 मिनट तक याद रखा जाता है, ताकि वही खसरा दोबारा खोलने पर पोर्टल पर बेवजह बोझ न पड़े।
क्या इसे बैंक लोन, रजिस्ट्री या कोर्ट में इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं?
यहाँ का विवरण देखने और जाँचने के लिए है, यह कानूनी दस्तावेज़ नहीं है। कानूनी काम के लिए डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर वाली खतौनी (B-1) चाहिए। हर नतीजे में "खतौनी" का लिंक सीधे भुइयाँ पोर्टल का वही हस्ताक्षरित दस्तावेज़ खोलता है। KhasraInfo कोई दस्तावेज़ खुद नहीं बनाती। ज़रूरत हो तो तहसील कार्यालय से प्रमाणित प्रति लीजिए।
नक्शा कहाँ से आता है?
बिलासपुर का प्लॉट नक्शा बिलासपुर विकास योजना 2031 की शीट से बनाया गया है और सैटेलाइट चित्र के मुक़ाबले लगभग 10 मीटर तक सही है। नक्शे में किसी का नाम नहीं है, सिर्फ़ प्लॉट की सीमा, खसरा नंबर और क्षेत्रफल। यह सर्वे रिकॉर्ड नहीं है।
क्या यह मुफ़्त है? क्या इसमें विज्ञापन हैं?
मुफ़्त है। कोई विज्ञापन नहीं है, और आपकी गतिविधि नापने वाली कोई analytics या tracking script नहीं है।
मेरी कौन सी जानकारी सहेजी जाती है?
खाते के लिए ईमेल और नाम, आपकी बातचीत (ताकि आप उसे बाद में फिर खोल सकें), और किस खाते ने कौन सा खसरा खोजा। यह किसी को बेचा या दिया नहीं जाता। पूरा ब्यौरा निजता नीति में है।

KhasraInfo is a free convenience website. On the Bhuiyan portal, khasras have to be looked up one at a time; here you can look up several at once, or fill a whole Excel sheet in one go.
Is this a government website?
No. KhasraInfo is not connected to any government department. It reads from the Chhattisgarh government's Bhuiyan portal (revenue.cg.nic.in), which is open to everyone, and makes easier the job that otherwise has to be done there one khasra at a time.
Is the information up to date?
Yes. When you look up a khasra, its area, owner and khatauni are read from the Bhuiyan portal at that moment. There is no stored database of land records here, so you see what the portal shows at the time you ask. "Full details" are remembered for 30 minutes, so opening the same khasra again does not put needless load on the portal.
Can I use it for a bank loan, a registry or in court?
What you see here is for viewing and checking, not a legal document. Legal work needs the digitally signed khatauni (B-1). The "khatauni" link on every result opens that same signed document directly on the Bhuiyan portal. KhasraInfo never creates documents itself. If you need one, get a certified copy from the tehsil office.
Where does the map come from?
The Bilaspur plot map is traced from the Bilaspur Development Plan 2031 sheets and is accurate to roughly 10 m against satellite imagery. It holds no names, only plot boundaries, khasra numbers and areas. It is not a survey record.
Is it free? Are there ads?
It is free. There are no ads, and no analytics or tracking scripts measuring what you do.
What information about me is kept?
Your email and name for the account, your conversations (so you can reopen them later), and which khasras each account looked up. None of it is sold or shared. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
