KhasraInfo आपकी कौन सी जानकारी रखती है, क्यों रखती है, और कौन उसे देख सकता है, वह सब यहाँ लिखा है।
क्या सहेजा जाता है
- खाता: ईमेल, नाम और पासवर्ड। पासवर्ड हैश करके रखा जाता है, उसे कोई नहीं पढ़ सकता, हम भी नहीं।
- आपकी बातचीत: आपने क्या पूछा और जो नतीजे आए, ताकि आप उन्हें बाद में फिर खोल सकें।
- खोज का रिकॉर्ड: किस खाते ने कौन सा खसरा कब खोजा, सेवा ठीक से चलाने और गलत इस्तेमाल रोकने के लिए।
- अपलोड की हुई Excel या CSV फाइल: सिर्फ़ सर्वर की मेमोरी में रहती है, डिस्क पर नहीं लिखी जाती, और 30 मिनट में हट जाती है।
क्या नहीं किया जाता
- आपकी जानकारी बेची या किसी को दी नहीं जाती।
- कोई विज्ञापन नहीं, कोई analytics या tracking script नहीं।
- फ़ोन नंबर नहीं माँगा जाता।
कौन देख सकता है
आप, अपने खाते से। और वेबसाइट चलाने वाला, सेवा चलाने, मदद करने और गलत इस्तेमाल रोकने के लिए।
जानकारी किन सेवाओं से होकर जाती है
- भुइयाँ पोर्टल: खसरा विवरण हमारा सर्वर पढ़ता है। पोर्टल को हमारा सर्वर दिखता है, आप नहीं।
- Google Gemini: आपने जो लिखा, उसमें से ज़िला, तहसील, गाँव और खसरा नंबर पहचानने के लिए संदेश Google की AI सेवा Gemini को भेजा जाता है।
- ईमेल: खाते की पुष्टि और पासवर्ड बदलने के ईमेल Resend नाम की ईमेल सेवा से भेजे जाते हैं।
- Cloudflare: वेबसाइट Cloudflare के ज़रिए चलती है।
जानकारी कब तक रखी जाती है
सेवा चलाने और गलत इस्तेमाल रोकने के लिए ज़रूरी रिकॉर्ड, जब तक उनकी ज़रूरत हो, रखे जाते हैं।
खाता हटाना
"खाता हटाएँ" से आपकी सारी बातचीत मिट जाती है और खाता बंद हो जाता है।

What KhasraInfo keeps about you, why, and who can see it.
What is kept
- Your account: email, name and password. The password is stored hashed: nobody can read it, including us.
- Your conversations: what you asked and the results, so you can reopen them later.
- A record of lookups: which account looked up which khasra and when, to keep the service running properly and prevent misuse.
- Uploaded Excel or CSV files: held only in the server's memory, never written to disk, and gone within 30 minutes.
What is not done
- Your information is not sold or given to anyone.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking scripts.
- No phone number is asked for.
Who can see it
You, through your account. And the person running the website, to operate it, help you, and prevent misuse.
Services your information passes through
- Bhuiyan portal: our server reads the khasra details. The portal sees our server, not you.
- Google Gemini: what you type is sent to Google's AI service, Gemini, to pick out the district, tehsil, village and khasra numbers.
- Email: account confirmation and password reset emails are sent through an email service called Resend.
- Cloudflare: the website runs through Cloudflare.
How long information is kept
Records needed to run the service and prevent misuse are kept for as long as they are needed.
Deleting your account
"Delete account" erases all your conversations and closes the account.
